Patriot Project Day 2025 - Friday, November 7th
Filling out the boxes below gives permission for your studen(s) to participate in Patriot Project. Please submit your form on or before Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
This form only allows for up to four volunteers. If you are signing up more than four volunteers then a second form will need to be submitted.
Please keep the following in mind when registering to volunteer for the Patriot Project work day. With the growth of our school it is challenging to find enough work for everyone and we want to have each volunteer working alongside their student to set a great example of a servant's heart.
For increased safety on the day of Patriot Project, any family with a volunteer who isn't a parent or grandparent will require a background check. On the form below, please designate these volunteer's relationship to the student as 'other' so someone will contact you with more information on the background check process.

Parents/Gaurdians: If you answer YES to the below question, after entering your student(s) information, scroll past all the student fields to fill out the volunteer fields.
Staff: If you are staff with no student t-shirt order to submit, scroll past the student fields as well.
ALL STAFF members choose "staff" under the Relationship to student drop down.
